Are all of your shirts genuine?
Yes. The shirts we sell are genuine football shirts. If a shirt has had a reproduction nameset or patches added, this will be clearly stated where applicable.
Are the namesets and patches original?
Not always. Some shirts may have reproduction namesets or patches added. We aim to make this clear in the product information so you know exactly what you're buying.
How do you describe the condition of a shirt?
Each shirt is individually checked, photographed and given a condition rating. We recommend checking all product photos and the description carefully before purchasing.
Are the shirts new or pre-owned?
Our stock can include both new and pre-owned shirts. The condition and any noticeable wear or imperfections will be shown or described on the individual product listing.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
We aim to get orders carefully packed and on their way as quickly as possible. You'll receive your order information once your purchase has been processed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International delivery is available to supported destinations, with the available shipping options shown during checkout.
How much is delivery?
Delivery costs depend on your order and destination. Your available shipping options and the final delivery cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Will I receive tracking information?
Where tracking is available for your chosen delivery service, the relevant delivery information will be provided with your order.
Do you offer custom shirt printing?
Yes. We offer a custom printing service for Spurs shirts, including namesets and patches for a range of seasons and competitions.
Can I send you my own shirt to be printed?
Yes. You can send your own shirt to us for printing. We'll confirm the required nameset, patches and other details with you before the work is carried out.
Can you source a shirt for me and add the printing?
Yes. If you don't already have the shirt, get in touch with what you're looking for and we can see whether we're able to source a suitable shirt and complete the printing for you.
How much does custom printing cost?
Our shirt printing service is £15 per shirt. Patch sets are £20 per set where required. UK return postage is £2.95, while international return postage will vary depending on destination.
Do you offer a discount for multiple shirts?
Yes. If you're sending three or more shirts for custom printing, you'll receive 10% off the final service price.
Can I return a shirt?

What if there's a problem with my order?
Get in touch with us as soon as possible with your order details and information about the problem. We'll take a look and help you get it sorted.
Can you help me find a specific Spurs shirt?
Absolutely. If there's a particular season, player or shirt you're looking for, send us a message with the details. We can't guarantee we'll find every shirt, but we're always happy to keep an eye out.
Can I sell my Spurs shirts to you?
Yes. We're always interested in seeing Spurs shirts that could be a good fit for KOTL. Send us some clear photos, the shirt size, season and any other useful information and we'll take a look.
