We make reasonable efforts to accurately photograph and describe every product offered by KitsOfTheLane.

Many of the football shirts we sell are pre-owned and may therefore show signs of previous use, age or wear. Each product should be considered individually and customers should review the product description, condition information and photographs before purchasing.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on the screen or device being used.

The shirts sold by KitsOfTheLane are genuine football shirts. Where reproduction namesets or patches have been added to a shirt, we aim to clearly state this in the relevant product information.

Product availability is subject to change and we may withdraw a product from sale at any time.

3. ORDERS

When you place an order through KitsOfTheLane, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment has been taken, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices displayed on our website may change from time to time.

The price applicable to your purchase will be the price shown when you place your order, subject to correction of any obvious pricing error.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

For standard change-of-mind returns, customers should contact us within the period specified in our Return & Refund Policy.

Products must be treated with reasonable care while you decide whether to keep them.

Personalised or custom-made products, including shirts custom printed to a customer's requested specification, may not qualify for standard change-of-mind cancellation rights.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described or otherwise fails to meet your statutory rights.

7. CUSTOM PRINTING

Where you request custom printing, namesets, numbers, patches or other personalisation, you are responsible for ensuring that the information and specifications you provide are correct before the work is carried out.

Once customisation has begun or has been completed to your requested specification, the order may not be eligible for a standard change-of-mind return.

If we make an error with the requested customisation, please contact us so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the content created for the KitsOfTheLane website, including our branding, website design, written content, graphics and original photography, belongs to KitsOfTheLane or is used with the permission of the relevant rights holder.
